After sat for 1hr 20 mins our food had still not arrived. We asked 3 separate waiters where are food was but they all said they'd find out and never returned. At no point where we told there was a delay in food. We were sat upstairs and everyone was waiting for food. Again noone told us the delay. In the end after 1hr and a half we got up and walked out as did most of the restaurant. Someone muttered a gas issue but this was never told to us. Really disappointing. Eaten here once before and it was good. We were out today for a friend's birthday which was ruined so unfortunately I can't recommend them and would advise to stay clear. I understand that there was obviously an issue but the lack of customer service was absolutely awful! Really disappointed!
The menu is nice but airs towards lumps of meat with veg. Staff a friendly and service is always good. The quality of all the food is excellent but they have not refreshed the menu for some time so you do not feel like coming back time after time. Either way it's good for a couple of times a year.
Service was excellent, place is cosy. Just toilets was dirty.Food was very tasty just my burger was bit cold, could be better on this point but the rest was perfect. My pint was delicious.
Sometimes I eat vegetarian and Bills did not disappoint! It was absolutely phenomenal. I've had a few things on their menu now and each time I'm impressed! Breakfast on Saturday was a long wait, but worth it!
Received a free drinks voucher with main meal which was excellent. The lady that showed us to our seat was excellent with our 3 year old son and gave him crayons and really engaged with him. Meal excellent and all round service was great. Thanks Bills High Wycombe
