Staff are great and work is always completed to a high standard for really good prices.
I've enjoyed top class service on my 840 for the last 15 years!!!Professional and helpful, every job carried out quickly, efficiently and with no dramas.. Oh, and the prices are very much better than your other BMW SPECIALISTS
I owned the same BMW 520 for about 12 years and took it to over 400k miles. Aside of treating it with respect myself, one of the principal reasons that I was able to do this was that the car was maintained by Tim and his team at TCS Autos.I fail to understand some of the reviews on here. Tim is highly knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and accommodating. So are all the members of his team. The workshop may not look like that of a squeaky clean main dealer, but that's because it isn't one. It's the workshop of a very competent independent BMW specialist.I don't own a BMW right at the moment, but when I get another one I'll be straight back to TCS.
I have been using Tim and his team at Tcs for the last 5 years or so across a couple of cars, they managed to keep one of my cars a 528 on 245k Miles on the road much longer than could be expected at reasonable prices and a good quality of work, when the time came to replace it they have looked after my 3 series very well, if you have an older Bmw I would not recommend anywhere else.
Tim is rude, arrogant,his customer service is appalling. Over charged for brake discs and pads, they were cheaper direct with BMW.The brakes have problems but Tim tried to convince me it was something else, even though an independent BMW garage said it was the brakes. Tim knew my name but called me 4 different names even after I reminded him my name,strangely my work uniform had my name onit but I doubt he can read.It took 3 visits to update the electronic on board service book. The excuses he gave were rats had eaten the cables, not surprising due to the amount of junk food scattered across the floor of the office.Another was BMW had locked him company out of updating cars due to a payment problem.Filthy office and grubby individuals,give this place a miss.On the 3rd visit to get the service book stamped I was asked for 16 for the connection charge to Germany, Tim's attitude was disgraceful. I argued that I had spent more than 16 in diesel coming and going and he finally stopped asking for the money but was unbelievably sarcastic about the fact he gave me a 16 discount. BMW never ask for a connection fee to update the on-board service book. Avoid this garage like you'll avoid the plague.Worse experience EVER.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE GO ELSEWHERE.
