Awful. Car was still filthy when I got it back. You could barely see out the windscreen for water marks!!! Rip off.
Shame you cant give 0 stars. Paid 17.95 and Im not sure what that included apart from a cursory wipe down here and there. Interior covered in dog hairs, mud swipes, dust, bits, random fibres that werent there before. Actually shocked quite how bad it is. Absolutely awful. And when I have tried calling up numerous times, every time it says Sorry all our lines are busy. Cant imagine how a car cleaning services phones are ringing off the hooks constantly, just dodging complaints I imagine?!
Save yourself 18! Car was still dirty where theyd clearly just used dirty damp rags to clean the car, then claimed they dont use a jet wash any water thats why car is dirty, they claim to only chemicals, mirrors and windows were still dirty, when I asked to speak to someone they said call the number, didnt even rectify the work, car is dirty inside too! AVOID
Absolutely awful car wash. I got the highest service, I paid 25 for inside & outside. It looked like the windows had not even been touched, I had to go home and clean them myself, same for the mirrors. The inside of the doors & boot was still black. No polish used, wheels were still black. I will not be returning and feel robbed of 25. I was not informed about the parking ticket, i found out from reading a review on here. I also queried about some marks still left on the car and they got a cloth rubbed it and shrugged as if there was nothing they could do. When I got home I cleaned them off myself. I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!
