Very bad experience with the reception dated today. I went to the surgery to collect a certificate that needed 3 weeks just for a signature and a stamp, but this is another story... although I have been waiting for 3 weeks to have it done , when I went to the surgery to collect it, the secretaries said there was magically NO RECORD of it. They asked me if I was sure I brought it in instead of saying they got it lost! And as a result of it they said that I should have been waiting for other 20 days. After have spent most of the morning in the surgery for a chance to have this certificate signed, I just left and since today I don't want to hear from them anymore. I will soon change surgery . Very disappointing.
Couldnt book an appointment for my 6 weeks baby. Nothing was available for the next 2 weeks!!
excellent doctor Dr P Saini who really cares about his patients, which im afraid is hard to find in this day and age. five star service
This doctors has gone so fare down hill since dr graham has left you cant get an appointment for 2 weeks the new doctors are rude un helpful and two weeks ago gave personal information out about me to total strangers . I hadent given them written permition to do that this comes under basic doctor patient confidentiality 4-5- years ago I would have given this surgery five stars or more if possible I had been with these doctors since 1981 and had never had course to make a complaint bring back the doctors that had compation and human empathy
