unreliable, unprofessional, rude and very dishonest. After being messed around so many times with appointments and also turning up outside the salon to be shut. I was accredited further treatments as an apology but unfortunately that seemed to be hard to keep up with. I received a full refund after 3 weeks of perusing the matter in jan 2019 and refunded the full amount which was an extreme lump sum after a year of laser treatment here and there due to appointment changes and staff constantly leaving. My medical condition was blamed and no owner ship of her at blame, i can list many unprofessional things whilst being in my treatment room but i am not here to be nasty and only encourage to take this as criticism and to better the business. Being a business owner i would go above and beyond for my clientele and keep the loyal ones which remain. Looking below at reviews it also seems there is an answer for everything and is never to blame, this is my opinion and views on the salon, this is why we are able to review and what people to choose to do following my experience/opinion is all up to them. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.
Had an amazing session of microdermabrasion today at elite, loved the treatment made my skin feel refreshed and soft would highly recommend Service was also really great loved the whole experience cant wait for the next session :)
Only ever had my eyebrows done here but they do a really good job
I have used this place once previously and had a wonderful experience, I had recently been trying to re book in and found this an absolute nightmare, did eventually book in for a slot at 11am today being 16th September, arrived at 10:50 ( a bit early so I was in plenty of time) and waited until 11:15 and still no show, tried to call and no answer. = one very unhappy customer considering I travelled to high wycombe specifically just to go to this particular salon. I can sure say I will not be going here again and certainly wouldnt recommend it! I find this very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Very unprofessional service. My appointment was cancelled twice at last minute and I was waiting outside the salon for more than 30 minutes. Did not receive an apology or another booking. Please do not use this Salon as they lie and do not even offer you the service provided. The only person working their Masuma was the nice one and even she has left so guys please do not go to this salon.
