My experience was bad, uninterested staff member with a rude and quite a snotty attitude. I wont be returning!
Could have received a better service even though i had brought 3 items.
Had to disturb an employee that was leant on the counter daydreaming to ask about a product that my wife liked. When asked about her opinion on it she said, after a sigh, 'i wouldn't wear that type because they are tacky'. Im sure she is not a representative of all employees here but I think I will be avoiding this shop in future.
I had a really good experience at this store, I was served by a girl called Hollie she was very friendly and helpful she gave me the best advice for my bracelet I will definitely be going back there :)
I was gifted a pandora bracelet which was ordered online and when it arrived I thought it might be too small for me so I visited the Pandora store in the Eden centre and the girls were amazing! I was served by a girl called Holly who went through everything with me and gave me good advice and quality service :). The rest of the team were also very happy, bubbly and you could see they enjoy their job with big smiles on their faces. I walked out the store feeling very happy. Thanks to Holly, Julie and Lorraine I will definitely be visiting the Eden store in high Wycombe again :).
