Have just moved into my first home thanks to Jenna Lloyd Williams and Gemma Lloyd at Bruce Lance. Very patient with us when we didn't understand the jargon / process, keen eye for details that kept us on track to make sure nothing was overlooked and they were also on top of chasing the Vendor's solicitors and estate agents who seemed less in a hurry to get anything done! - we felt very looked after.

We used Bruce Lance to help with buying a new house. Ok service but key information got left out which caused a lot of stress for us towards the end. To make it worse when presented with this they refused to accept responsibility. Would not use again.
