Very poor. Was supposed to arrive between 6pm-8pm. Now 9.30pm and despite repeated phone calls to different numbers still no show and no explanation. Thanks guys for wasting our time and leaving us without a car for another day.

Don't usually leave reviews but the service I received from Promac locksmiths High Wycombe was top notch. They were professional, agreed a booking for within the hour, and they actually turned up early. But most of all, the gentleman that came was friendly, reassuring in an otherwise stressful sitaution and a really nice guy. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but what a lovely chap. I would highly recommend using Promac and can't thank them more for the great service.

Arrived promptly. The standard of work was just as poor as the ancient beaten up van he arrived in. My door was massacred, would have been cheaper for me to smash a window, than get my door fixed.

These guys were outstanding! I had a problem with my front door lock and emailed Promac. They called back shortly afterwards and came around to survey the issue that same day and fitted a temporary solution with a permanent one on order. Amazing service. Andy was such a lovely chap and was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Thank you Promac!!

Can't fault the service I received from Promac. Called at 8:30am asking if a locksmith could come round asap. They managed to fit me in at 11am and explained the costs and service they provide really clearly. The locksmith was professional, knowledgable and friendly. I'd definitely recommend these guys!
