Such an adventure my order tonight!! The driver didnt want to bring my order up to my flat. He call me twice and I call the shop. After a while he came and my pizza got cold. He left me an extra pizza by mistake and he came back to collect the extra pizza. I would not want to be the one that would have had that pizza!!!! Very bad service!!!!!!!Davide
Poor customer service. I was ignored for 15 minutes then finally asked the name of the order only to have the guy disappear. 5 minutes later another guy comes up and asks what I want and had to go find my pizza! Pizza was fine and standard, but I've never had such horrible service.
Personaly I have never had a disappointment with this Co. Thier very friendly, thier food is always done to a high standard.. Thx & keep it up guys
