Food was cold and found a hair in my food! I bought a full meal, asked for the drink from the machine and they handed me a small cup used for coffees instead of a large as advertised and how all the other chicken cottage shops provide and then told me it's the equivalent of a can of pepsi... Won't be going back.
Every time we order food and add a message which is either to add a sauce or dont add specific things into the food, they never pay attention to it.
Been ordering here for a long time. Decided to step away from the half a chicken meal and try the BBQ ribs(through deliveroo). Do not order the BBQ ribs. Light brown in colour and looked like cat legs. Called them and they "can't send me a free meal or refund me". Order the BBQ ribs for a laugh. These guys are a joke!
Only fair trade, eco friendly Chicken. Very clean and good hygiene. Staff well educated and multi lingual. Best place in the area. Had our wedding catering from this place.
