Apalling. I was waiting for an option appointment and i was waiting with nobody to ask if i needed help. I had to go into there break room(which was meant to be ab examination room) to ask one of them to help me out. Then i waited an additional 5 minutes. I do not recommend to anyone
This is not my favourite boots. It feels very dark and is a bit hard to find things in. However the staff are helpful and I had a really good experience with the No7 staff and looking for products for myself. Has all the things you need and is not far from the parking.
Tourists never recommend buying things here. I had to visit here every weekend for three weeks to get to the Taxpan Leppen document. In the third visit, the officer told me that I had no documents. Later, when I asked for the issue, it was time to import the document. Also, they asked for a document, including the previously purchased details, but they refused. Later on, they said they could issue integration issues later, but they refused. Boots need to discipline them.
Avoid, their pharmacy gave me an out of date inhaler and their staff member who dealt with it acted like she didn't believe me. Even called the supplier of the inhaler - where my mother used to work. I didn't get a replacement inhaler, I had to get another prescription - which wasn't easy - and the inhaler caused me respiratory problems for weeks from just one puff. It tasted like dust. While I was there, they also refused to give a man his Methadone because he arrived too late for his appointment; he had travelled a long way apparently and the bus was stuck in traffic, he calmly explained that it would be easier for him to go backwards and "score off the streets". Their "professionalism" is utterly disgusting.
