Recommended by a friend (retired) in the same field after I sprained my ankle running. Very personable guy, gave different treatments with practical exercises to do in my own time. I can't say whether or not it would have healed spontaneously, but either way I needed a professional to tell me what I should expect and could/could not do. A lot of it I probably could have found online, but it's separating the fact from fiction which requires proper knowledge. Anyway, I'm pretty much fixed now and the main thing is being able to exercise again without any nagging worries.

I have had cause to see Fraser Jackson several times in recent years, after e.g. back surgery, knee surgery, etc. His treatments have always been effective, embracing various techniques where appropriate including acupuncture and manipulation - and this is backed up by the pro at my golf club who reckons all those whom he has steered to Fraser have always benefitted markedly. His balance of professionalism and easy warm personal interest in the patient is exemplary.
