5 star service from Ken (Kev?) today. Couldnt find a particular beer and he went out of his way to find some and then came and found my daughter and I at the checkout. Thank you, you went above and beyond what I expected.
Dresdful new Macdonald's at Asda with the queues now backing into the aisle where the shoppers exit from the checkout. Who on earth thought this up..it's madness !
Consistently "out of stock" on many items across most departments ( Grocery, Fruit and Veg, Confectionery, Meat Section)
A good selection of items but considering how many staff were in the store they coyld have had some tills open. I hate the self service tills at the best of times but was buying 3 different bills worth of items. Loaded on to conveyer got to the start and it said cash only. No sign to show me sooner. Reloaded on to the next conveyer, items kept not scanning. Walked out of the shop with a headache at 7am. Not a great start to the day.
