This is a nice little village pub and sadly there are not many of them around any more . It has a decent size beer garden with a good selection of beer, larger & cider and the food here is pretty good as well. The staff are polite and friendly which also makes this a good place to come and have a pint .

Rather nice staff who delivered the service. But food was not top notch. Chewy roast beef and cool pasta for those who picked a non meat option, after a very long wait. Friends stated previously good experience here, but today, at best average!
Love this pub. Relaxed atmosphere, good food, friendly staff, reasonably priced beer. Always been a good place to meet up with my mate. Spent many an hour discussing food innovation over drinks.
