I have no complaints about the workmanship or the men that do the work, but the service desk staff need to buck up there ideas on customer service. The difference between the professionalism of Honda and Toyota service receptions and Ford service is noticeable. Some of the twaddle they come out with is enough to make a fitter weep.
Really poor and rude customer service. Initial cost looks cheap but they will rip you off with extras. Overcharged for bulb replacement and they lied telling me Halfords do not sell red bulbs for a Focus. When I found out they do they would not match Halfords price. My car was held to ransom until I paid! I will never use Perrys again!Update - Perrys comment on my review pretending they will help but I have received no response from them!Update - Received a call from the service manager who was very polite and agreed to refund the cost of the bulbs. He demonstrated excellent customer service.Update 20th Dec 2018 - Used Perrys for years to service my Fords. Now they want to add on a 3% environmental charge just for disposing of the oil. This is your cost to bear, not mine! Absolute rip off. I'll be getting my cars serviced elsewhere from now on!
Serviced my car, and guess what they couldn't open oil filter cap!!!!! on car which is serviced every year!!!!!!Icing on the cake is they are so greedy, they could not even show the decency to reduce the cost of service due to their incompetence!Wanted full price for half job done, and now you will see below an automatic reply to contact manager, just a gimmick we all know.

My sister used to work here around from 2006-2007 she used to tell me stories how she got her job at Perry's couple of days after she dropped her CV at this car dealership. Although she worked part time during her university days, she had an amazing work experience with good perks and a nice manager. She was offered a discount to buy a car but my sister didn't own a license that time so we didn't buy a car but it's really interesting to know how close we lived to this dealership which was literally next to Princes Gate.
