We ordered a suite from the store (the salesman in store were excellent and very helpful). We Ordered a site visit as live in a town house but they identified it wouldnt fit. So went back to store ordered a new suite which was confirmed would fit. Put a deposit down. Then in mid June suite delivered but wouldnt fit! Considering we had removed old suite prior to delivery means we have been sitting on garden furniture since. Since then Nathan at customer services has been excellent (4 stars), to try and get it solved. but Manager has been non existent despite promises they would call. We ordered a 3rd suite and then we booked a site visit date to get it confirmed it would fit but no-one from DFS turned up on the Day and no explanations. we complained then we were promised the store manager would call the following day to resolve the issues but this also never happened. We are now taking our business elsewhere as service front line at store and customers service excellent, but site visits very very poor and management involvement totally non existent despite assurances. Will not be buying from them again.
