If there were fewer stars that's what I'd give. Ordering from Hunts has been nothing short of a nightmare and huge waste of our time. Incomplete deliveries, incorrect colours, orders promised within 12 weeks taking over 6 months, deliveries scheduled only for drivers not to turn up. Ordered a second time from them thinking it would be ok, yet here we are another 6 months later with order still not complete, incorrect colourway on seats now 3 consecutive times, they part delivered the order 3 months ago and nearly 3 months later haven't come back to complete the order. The billing from 1 year ago is wrong and despite endless requests to have corrected we get nothing back. Remains unpaid. Would avoid using this company unless you have so much time on your hands and don't mind dealing with a service like this.
I have purchased office furniture from Hunts twice now, the quality is very good, I am very pleased with the products! I am also very impressed by the service provided by Jenny Bird. Jenny is very helpful answering my questions and on both occasions has followed up with a call to ensure I am happy with my purchases. I will definitely buy from Hunts again and I'm very happy to recommend them.
After a successful pitch I was engaged in a professional capacity by Hunts to deliver a project which was green lit by the Management. After delivery of the agreed material they refused to pay up despite having signed it off. Ironically I was subsequently engaged by another client who, when they heard my story, cancelled their 15k furniture order with Hunts Office Furniture - poetic justice!
An excellent company with great customer service.We have kitted out several offices with Hunts. They measured up, provided CAD plans, fast quotes and quote revisions and corrected any minor issues without quibble. Their showroom is huge, so you don't have to order from a brochure either.
