They are useless, they wont answer their phones , just wont answer.They wont send confirmation of date and time of scan as promised by Falicia .Absolutely bloody exasperating experience.They need their manager /director sacked right now .Piss takers
The worst experience I've had with NHS on the phone, havnt even been to the buliding yet! I understand NHS are busy but this is no excuse for incompetent reception/admin staff with lack or organisation and no sense of urgency. Very poor.
Not bothered like others that they don't answer phones every minute of the day as they're probably busy like the rest of the NHS services due to mass immigration and foreigners abusing our system daily but always polite and friendly whenever i go for a scan. I was an hour late due to roadworks but they still made the effort to see me and afterwards called me on the phone same day to book me in for another scan. Great service at Cressex and worth their weight in gold. Thanks team.
First visit...first views. .Very professional team. Ample of parking space. Friendly reception staff. Goes without saying premises maintained very well, clean and very hygenic.But sad to see no one following the turn off mobile signs.Also provide physiotherapy classes weekly but not sure if its free.
Can't fault this place - waiting list for my appointment was shorter than the hospital, parking was free (although limited), reception staff were cheerful and welcoming. Radiographer was punctual, cheerful and looked after me beautifully. Thank you
