Went for a 111 appointment with son and every question i asked answer was, "if you want you can give it to him", " calpol and ibubrofen is the same thing its up to you what you give to him ect.. ect... lady with short hair and glasses seems like has really littke knowledge

Service was slow. Reception said you are next in line and then pushed everyone else who came in ahead of us. The system is atrocious puts you off going for help. You would rather die in your own house.
