Moved my electronic prescription here because my usual pharmacy had trouble getting some of my pills was assured by the boss this wouldn't happen with him but it wasn't long before the same thing was happening, but on top of that he was always trying to get extra nhs funds by badgering me tell friends I am the best, get them to move to me,you come here for flu jab,you buy this or that here etc ,in the end decided to change oh and did his manner change then, got nasty accused my dr of trying to con him only full filled part of one pill none in stock he said, went back a few days later delivery just come in come back in hour, i did no not got any better get a new prescription and get it else where he was so nasty with it avoid this man

It needs to shut down. The staff of illiterate, primary school drop-outs from every country but England, pass insults to paying customers daily, especially when their boss is not in. They care less about the business or where Shah will get money to pay their wages, so being rude to customers who keep Central Pharmacy open, is nothing strange to them! The latest addition, to the shop floor of the '3 Musketeers' using their ill-mannered, uncouth mouths to drive loyal customers away to competitors, is the final nail in the coffin for this owner and business.
I have been using the central chemist now for over 30 years and not once have I had any issues, but unfortunately the head of this establishment thought it acceptable and appropriate to categorise me, insult me and embarrass me infront of other customers and members of staff. As this is one of the only black providing hair shops in the town I often visit to find hair for my self and my elderly clients how find it challenging to get into the town, on this occasions I was being assisted by a very helpful sales assistant who was explaining the difference between the new and old stock. whilst in mid conversation an elder man whom i believe to be the owner/manager yelled to the assistant "what are you doing up there, I need you down here" to which she replied im with a customer, the man came up the stairs and said to me in a very harsh tone, "if you are going to buy something then hurry up - You people" and then he froze mid sentence "you are always in here and things go missing". Shocked and appalled by his acquisition I questioned him and he huffed throw his arms in the air and walked down the stairs. The shop assistant apologies to me instantly even she thought that was was inappropriate, As I walked down the stairs i went over to the counter to ask if I had offended or done something wrong and in a short shurde tone he said just get out of my shop! in all my years of living in high wycombe and visiting this establishment I felt targeted and confused as to why this man fet the need to verbally insult me, there was no antagonization on my part and I have never stolen a thing in my life. This mans rue colours are as hideous as his comments and I hope no one ever has to suffer the same ordeal as myself.
Rude, patronising and unhelpful.
