Nice staff
The post office is too small it needs to be expanded, as many a times I've been it's been really busy with customers waiting outside due to lack of space, and they need more staff behind the counter on a busy staff, to avoid having a long queue.
The staff at the post office in Micklefield Road are incredibly helpful and sign post really well to any serivces they themselves, do not provide. They truly go the extra mile and are such an asset to our community.
