False opening times. Royal Mail simply state their post office opening times as the same as the shop opening times, which is not the case today which is very frustrating if you had a planned on picking something up at a time that suits you

Useless. Had run out of large letter stamps. Staff could only send it using 2 ordinary size stamps and charged me the difference. I didn't have time to queue another 10 minutes at another branch. Use a proper post office not an in-store counter
