Would never really leave a review but believe amazing customer service should be rewarded with the recognition it deserves.I recently popped into the high wycombe branch to ask for some information on hiring a unit,the young lady whom served me 'Sophie'Went above and beyond to help me understand the amount of space I would need to the greatest detail explaining every angle and use of space that could be utilised.Although this is her job she explained how I didn't have to buy/hire straight away and gave me the chance to go away and think about my option.For once actually going to a store and not have someone up in your face trying to sell to you with force was a welcome experience.i cannot recommend the place and staff highly enough so professional,welcoming and well mannered.once again thank you to big yellow and sophie for the service offered

Good main road location. Sam and her colleague were very helpful when I arrived, the paperwork was completed in a matter of minutes and I was free to load my container. All in all I was very impressed with the level of service and instructions given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site to anyone in the area.
