Staff always helpful, but parking is always a nightmare, as delivery companies use it as a drop off for their local delivery people.
Great storage place they will even price match.
Very professional and friendly staff, would definitely recommend, especially to university students! Im moving out of university halls and I didnt want to take my things back home , so I decided to use a storage unit for the first time. I was a little apprehensive about the moving in process and fees, but all was explained to me in detail over the phone and when I went in to move my things. When I arrived, I was met by a lovely young worker and she made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions I had asked. She explained the process very clearly and delivered great service. Honestly, dont bother looking else where if youre looking for a storage unit, definitely would recommend Safestore Storage.
