Very good surgery. The had a vet who worked on site that speavikiaed in exotic pets which is good for hamsters. The lady at the desk who gave us the medicine told us the wrong dosage which would have been 10 times too much but luckily we read the label and it lined up with what the actual vet told us. Easily booked and friendly staff in the phone and in person

Really really poor if you want prescriptions for on line purchases. They will charge 11 for a prescription and they want a single prescription for each individual medication a single animal requires for a condition. In my case 44 a month.....not bad for a signature. I am both disgusted and upset and am sure we will change vets. I hate being ripped off!
Would highly recommend Temple End vets! Amazing service, caring staff (to your pets and you on hard days). Couldn't ask for more when we've needed to use them over the years to help our beloved pets, big and small.
