Service was ok from the vets after my dog was bitten by another dog. Antibiotics and painkillers were prescribed. On googling the items I found I was charged 10 times the price that they are available online for. I understand businesses need to make a profit but seems execcesive and unfair at times when people are emotional unable to make decisions.
My dog was attacked at the Rye had to bring in after hours. Reception, Nurses and doctors were very helpful. First time visiting the emergency unit. Took very good care of my pet. Offered support overnight as well over phone if I needed. Bless them and the work they do to help our pets.
Vets now were very caring in such a sad time for me - my lovely gentle little cat Anni was with me for 22 years she had been suffering from an over active thyroid for over a year But it had been under control by tablets however she took a turn for the worst on Saturday 17 November after being released from the vets on the Thursday before for some tests so I called the emergency Vets Now after hours I was told to bring her in immediately as she was having difficulty breathing - they did some tests and put on oxygen - they did everything for her to make her comfortable, but were very honest with me and basically told me the truth her little body was breaking down due to the effects from the over active thyroid condition as she was very old but it was up to me they would do everything they could to make her comfortable if thats what I wanted but I knew in my heart that Anni had come to the end of her lifes journey - the vet and staff was so kind and caring at this difficult decision I had to make - I cannot thank them enough for the time, care and respect they gave to me - Annis at peace now.
Quick. Easy to book. Friendly staff. Sorted my cat out promptly and professionally. 5/5. Only slight downside is cost of out of hours fees, but that is the nature of OOH emergency fees so has to be expected.Many thanks again :-)
