Get more staffing in the restaurant. Have to wait over 30min for hot food. The queue to get served so long just one person you feel like walking out.

went in for a bra that I had got the other week and found very comfy, but that only had black or white out of the 5 colours they had before, my husband wanted a polo necked jumper not one in sight. not a good day at m&s
Just had a difficult task for a bloke to undertake took some female clothes back to get them exchange and also some items to be refunded.I spoke to a middle aged West Indian woman who sprung into life and found the clothes on the shop floor waded through all my receipts and made the whole experience a pleasant one.I just wanted to say thank you because in this day and age where customer service is expensive and with less staff by the day is rarer and rarer.Well done and thank you again.
