Fantastic friendly service when I attended the shop. Spoke to Darrel who was really helpful and what he doesn't know about furniture is not worth knowing. On delivery Chris and Paul where fantastic, helpful charming trustworthy and the quality of work was brilliant. Worst after sales customer service! We have recently bought a ROM sofa for 2000. Within two days of sofa delivery the sofa started having stretching issues and leather looked all wrinkled and like a second hand sofa from a charity shop. When we called beadle and chrome all they have to say. This is natural and you can get an independent inspector at your own expense to review the case. If you are thinking of visiting this store at high wycombe think again, cause What you see and what you get might be two different products. I would trust an ebay product than this.
