We went to Furniture Village to maybe buy a sofa, the staff were polite & friendly & after introducing themselves, left us to browse around. We found one sofa that we loved & when we enquired were told of the issues with it because it was very low priced. We decided to look elsewhere, went to another store which will remain nameless but it has three letters... where we were pounced upon & basically followed around the store. We went back to Furniture Village & found another sofa which we liked. We found one of the guys who introduced themselves & he went through the process of ordering the Sofa for us, as it was in stock at another store he said he could have it to us within a week. It turned up THREE days later!!! Very happy with our purchase & couldnt recommend Furniture Village in High Wycombe More!!!

We visited twice to look at beds. Tayyab was extremely helpful on both occasions. He was attentive, whilst giving space for us to think and look for ourselves. His patience and interpersonal skills were fantastic. Although we didn't buy from Furniture Village we would recommend their bed range and also their sales staff.
