Good value for money hotel. Wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be, being on the M40. Staff were very helpful. Clean and tidy. Good bar area with comfy seating for end of night gathering with friends post our night out.

Stayed overnight on Boxing Day 2018 to attend a funeral the next morning. Plenty of parking on site and my "executive" room was cosy, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. All the staff I encountered were exceptionally polite, cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast next morning was well worth the money!! It kept me going for the rest of the day and evening.

Attended a meeting in the hotel. Big place with lots of parking. Meeting room was small as compared to our requirements but then I believe it depends on availability and when the booking was made. The food was good however it was not comfortable eating those dishes standing up. Also would have liked for someone to clear the used cups and glasses in the break. Staff is polite and professional and overall the hotel appeared clean.

Beware if you are stopping here ! The hotel has a very aggressive parking policy. You will get a ticket for 100 if you do not register your car with the hotel; there are no signs telling you this upon entry to hotel reception and no signs telling you this upon entry to the car park.Staff are not proactive in mentioning the car registration unless you are checking in to the hotel; if you are meeting people there in the restaurant or bar, nobody tells you. You will need proof of purchase to challenge the ticket with Parking Eye, via an email address. Hotel Staff have zero interest in helping.Otherwise, a very average place they you should only visit if you have no other option available to you; there are plenty of better places to stay with better service and better quality food.

Decent hotel - location is convenient for driving as it's just off the M40, though you need to travel a fair bit to get to High Wycombe station. Standard double rooms are comfortable particularly if you stay in the newly refurbished area (ground floor) - not sure what the rest of the rooms are like as I've only stayed here twice, both times on Ground. Breakfast is usual buffet-style, there is Starbucks-branded coffee available and there is a large and free car park. The rooms you can hire for meetings / events are well priced and modern. Don't expect 5-star rooms, decor or treatment - it is, after all, a Holiday Inn!
