Used them a few times now always a good friendly service. Given me a free upgrade once which was nice and also they let you have pick of cars within the hire range which is nice.
Really helpful staff. One day hire; picked me up and returned me to Beaconsfield. Chatty friendly drivers Andre and Hassim. The small print about 1,000 charge for damage is scary but fortunately I returned without scratches. Hire process is done on iPad and e-mailed. No complaints, in fact very happy.
Had to hire a van at very short notice went to the High Wycombe branch and was dealt with by Zoe who did an amazing job got a van within 10 mins and at a great price credit to the firm should be branch manager in my opinion if not higher . Its easy to complain but great service above and beyond should always be noted as these days its not normality next time i need a car or van Enterprise will be first port of call
The time required to return my hire car was required to be intialy 3 o'clock on a Saturday then extended to 3.30 if I wished to be returned to my home which is 15mins away.The web site says they open until 6.oclock, no mention of Saturday being different .I was told that if I was later than 3.30 I would not be taken to my home.I asked if I could return the car first thing Monday morning without the Sunday being charged the car would be in garage unused all Sunday. They informed me I would be charged another days charges even if the car was unused on the Sunday in question. The answer was we are closed on Sunday's.I was returning the car from Cornwall which I explained was suffering with heavy gales and my journey was at least 5/6hours.Some of the journey in the dark as well as the adverse weather. The car was completely U utilised by them during Sunday so to have returned on the Monday would not effect them at allTrying to talk to a senior person in their Head Office was Imposible they were all in a conference meeting.Not I think the company they try have us believe.Never again!M E Hencher
Very efficient with the new paperless system. As an AA member I got a good discount, and a free additional driver with no quibbles. Booked a basic small car, ended with a new Fiesta STLine....Very nice indeed.
