Worst delivery company ever! Attempted to deliver yet couldn't find the address - how can you attempt delivery without attempting to deliver!!!Only delivery company to not be able to find the house given the postcode and full address and then to be told that the driver tried to make contact but was unable to. When asked for evidence off the driver of attempted phone call and txt message the times were shown as after i called the company to ask where the delivery was. So they tried to make contact AFTER telling the office they tried to make contact and failed. I didn't realise this company used Delorean's to deliver items, maybe their flux capacitors are broken.Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste a day of annual leave sat at home waiting for something they 'tried' to deliver but didn't attempt. And good luck wanting to rearrange as that will be another day of annual leave as they only deliver Monday - Friday. Joke!!!!
I really enjoy coming in everyday to work with such a great bunch of people. I had never worked in this kind of an environment in my previous roles and I hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
