The experience here is average, getting a particular car or engine size is more difficult than their competitors. A very average experience that didn't reach good level of customer experience or satisfaction for me.
Unfortunately can't put 0 stars. Hidden charges for mileage that is advertised as unlimited mileage under 28 days and trying to enforce charges that are not in the contract I signed then was told it would get put to head office to despute any charges but a few minutes after leaving they made an unauthorised charge to my card for over 300 plus kept the deposit of 250 as well. Don't know their own terms and conditions and when challenged was just told to send and e-mail to thrifty. Bad Customer service, SCAMMERS!

I rent cars regularly from Thrifty High Wycombe and they seem to be the best in terms of value/service in the area. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. They always look after me well and I've never had any problems with charges for damage. Always have cars available even at short notice. Every so often I end up wih a free upgrade to something a bit more exciting than the standard Focus/Fiesta etc.
