Odd little branch which appears untidy, disheveled and disorganised but the staff are super helpful and we received excellent service including them hanging on for 10 minutes after closing to allow us to return our hire car after getting caught up in traffic. Will definitely use again.
Arrived, got a free upgrade - happy days. Couple of things that let them down. Firstly - customer service. Very serious, almost to the point where you feel uncomfortable. To me, that would have made the hire so much nicer. Secondly, they don't offer a drop off service which other hire companies do, or least they didn't offer, so for that reason I won't be using these again. Other than that, no complaints about the rental vehicle.

Very helpful and excellent service. I booked a car (Ford Focus or similar) they didn't have the car available when I went to pick it up so I got a free upgrade to a Mercedes C-Class. They also offer very competitive insurance. Definitely going back.Thank you!
